Q What are the delivery time slots?

According to the Singapore Time (GMT +08:00), during both non-peak and non-season periods, our delivery schedule for local addresses (applicable to most orders except cakes) is as shown below:-

Q How much is the delivery fee?

For local deliveries to almost all parts within Singapore for our goods valued at SGD$80 w/9% gst SGD$87.20 and above. For orders below $80, a delivery fee of SGD$8 w/9% gst SGD$8.72 is applicable to a single location. Orders sent to Singapore Islands such as Sentosa & Jurong Island and restricted areas such as the Airport Passenger Terminals, Airport Cargo Complex, PSA ports, and military camps, will have a delivery surcharge of SGD$20 w/9% gst SGD$21.80.

 

For local orders that are urgently using our Company’s 2 hour Express Delivery, a nominal fee of SGD$20 w/9% gst SGD$21.80 will be levied upon our acceptance of the order. The delivery and/or freight charges and surcharges, if there are any, have to be paid before the delivery of the purchased products.

 

Q Can I customize products?

Yes, you can customize any of our products from Hazel Florist & Gifts’ wide variety of selections.

 

Q What are the payment methods?

The payment methods that our Company accept are PayPal, PayNow, PayLah, Visa Card, Master Card, Credit Terms, NETS, Stripe.

 

Q Do you accept deliveries to overseas?

Yes, we accept deliveries to overseas, outside of Singapore. “Ease into the delivery of your gifts outside of Singapore, our Company established network of offices will design your arrangements according to the country’s customs with seasonable flowers and gift items available.” An additional overseas order charge or freight charge is applicable to international orders and courier services for selected gifts to overseas addresses.

 

Q Can I change delivery date?

Yes, you can change delivery date.

 

Q Can I urgently change the delivery address and/or date?

For any amendments to your orders, kindly do not hesitate to contact us via email cs@hazel.com.sg or call 62866772.

 

Q Can I cancel the orders?

Yes, you can cancel the orders.

 

Acknowledged advanced cancellation should be notified, for Singapore addresses not less than 24 hours prior to the date of delivery, and for International delivery addresses & festive orders not less than 48 hours prior to the date of delivery. A business operating hour of at least 4 hours notice prior to delivery, is required for cancellations of same day delivery orders to be considered.

 

Cancellations will be at the discretion of the company’s management decision for orders requiring advanced preparation time. Cancellations notified lesser than the required time will be imposed a cancellation fee of 50% of the ordered product. Orders delivered will be chargeable at the full purchased amount.

 

Should a request for an exchange of items of another product that was not initially ordered, a service fee will be applicable for services rendered on first delivery and re-delivery. A return of items delivered with the same condition will be required for cases where a refund is accepted.

 

Q Substitution of Items &/or Flowers

Seasonal and regional conditions may affect the supplies and costs of flowers, foilages, fruits, and gifts items. Due to the inconsistent market conditions, depending on availability, our Company reserves the rights to replace any items &/or flowers with another items &/or flowers of equivalent or even higher value. Without prior notice, we may update, replace, or discontinue any items &/or flowers.

 

Q How sustainable are your products?

Our Company believes in using eco-friendly materials such as wooden crafted baskets, wooden crafted crates, biodegradable crafted boxes, and many more, for multipurpose reusable storage of a wide variety of items.

 

Q Is your company GST registered?

Yes, we are a GST registered company. All orders are subjected to a 9% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Our Company’s GST Reg No. is 200104348H.
