All prices quoted on this site are in Singapore dollars (SGD$) and are subject to GST. The rate will be based on the announced rate imposed by the government authority.
Prices may vary during Valentine’s Day delivery between 7th Feb to 14th Feb. Roses in your orders may be replaced with gerberas or carnations during Valentine’s season from 7th Feb to 14th Feb due to market demand and price surge.
Confirmation of Order
Orders placed online will be confirmed and executed only with full payment, according to the actual value of the order. You will receive an online digital receipt when we confirm your order.
Cancellation & Refunds
Acknowledged advanced cancellation should be notified, not less than 24 hours prior to the date of delivery for Singapore addresses, and 48 hours for International delivery addresses & festive orders. A 4 business operating hour notice prior to delivery will be required for cancellations of same-day delivery orders to be considered. Cancellations will be at the discretion of the company’s management decision for orders requiring advanced preparation time. Cancellations notified lesser than the required time will be imposed a cancellation fee of 50% of the ordered item. Orders delivered will be chargeable at the full purchase amount. Should a request for an exchange of items for another product that was not initially ordered, a service fee will be applicable for services rendered on first delivery and redelivery. A return of items delivered with the same condition will be required for cases where a refund is accepted. Thereafter, a partial refund will be done. Any cancellation or refunds requested will be at the discretion of the company’s management decision.
Delivery
We offer free local delivery for our goods valued at SGD$80 w/9% gst $87.20 and above to almost all parts of Singapore. A delivery fee of SGD$8 w/9% gst $8.72 will be applicable for orders below $80 to a location. Orders sent to Singapore islands (e.g. Sentosa & Jurong Island) and restricted areas such as the Airport Passenger Terminals, Airport Cargo Complex, PSA ports, and military camps, will have a delivery surcharge of SGD$20 w/9% gst $21.80. For urgent local orders using our 2-hour Express Delivery, a nominal fee of SGD$20 w/9% gst $21.80 will be levied upon our acceptance of the order. The delivery and/or freight charges and surcharge, if there are any, have to be paid before the delivery of the goods.
Each recipient’s address and messages given should be correct with someone to receive the delivery. Orders will be canceled with no refunds made for orders that have failed to be delivered or delivered to the wrong recipients with the addresses or messages given upon order. Addresses or messages given on orders that have been delivered, and are requested to be redirected or changed after the first delivery will incur a minimum surcharge of SGD$20 w/9% gst $21.80 for service and delivery fee. As such, it is essential that all information provided for delivery to take place is up-to-date and accurate. Under no circumstances will the gifts be exchanged or (in the case of perishable commodities) a fresh one be delivered. We will keep you informed via email/phone/fax should such a situation arise, and we will make alternative arrangements.
We will endeavor to have all orders delivered to the recipients personally. If we attempt to make a delivery and the recipient is unavailable, we will leave it to the other person present or pass it to a neighbor if deemed safe to do so or leave a calling card at the door. In places, such as hospitals and hotels that do not allow delivery directly to wards/rooms because of health and safety regulations, in such cases we will deliver to the reception.
During non-peak and non-season periods, our delivery schedule for local addresses (applicable to most orders except cakes #) according to Singapore Time (GMT +8:00) is as follows:

Our cut-off times for deliveries as shown above serves as guidelines only and, whilst we keep to those times closely, from time to time we may alter the timing to respond to business situations. We encourage you to get your order in early to secure a timely delivery.
Hazel always strives to do its best to deliver the item to the customer at a specific time. However, there will be the rare occasion that this cannot be accomplished due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, Hazel will not be liable for any claims arising out of such situations.
Guarantee
All our merchandise will serve its intended functions and is guaranteed to be fresh and/or in good order upon the first attempt of delivery. Floral arrangements will stay fresh according to their life span under proper care. We include instructions and flower care on our message card with all delivery. Flowers that are not even fully bloomed when they arrive are indeed very fresh and can be confused with poor flowers. The flowers will bloom beautifully when they are at room temperature with water and will give pleasure for many days to come if cared for properly.
Care: Always place flowers in a cool place; unwrap the hand bouquet, cut stems, and place it in a glass of sufficient clean water; spray flowers and wet sponge daily; handle all fruits with care, as injuries to the skin will hasten ripening and deterioration; store all perishable fruits in the refrigerator and do not stack too many on top of each other; operate products in appropriate manners.
Product concerns are to be raised upon arrival of the item or within 2 hours from the time of receipt for service recovery of defective or damaged goods to be done. Any exchange or service recovery requested will be at the discretion of the company’s management decision. To make a return, simply send it back in its original condition to our operating address within 2 hours of receipt. Alternatively, send us an image with your concern to cs@hazel.com.sg or Whatsapp +65 9739 0784. All goods sold are not exchangeable or returnable.
The Company’s entire liability and customer’s exclusive remedy for damages from any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount paid to us by you and shall not include or extend any claims for or right to recover any damages including but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business information.
Substitution
Seasonal and regional conditions may affect the supply and costs of flowers, foliages, fruits, and gifts. Due to inconsistent market conditions, particular merchandise may be out of stock. Hazel reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions while maintaining the value of your order. All products are subject to availability. We may update, replace or discontinue any products without prior notice.
Special Offer and Promotion
A member discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or promotional or store-wide discounted items. We may alter the terms of special offers and promotions, or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without prior notice. Items that are offered with a free gift are often made available due to the availability of the free gift. These free gifts are subject to a while stock last basis and so, should a situation arise when they are omitted from an order, we reserve the right to offer an alternative at our discretion or offer no replacement.

Hazel reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may relate to price and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Ease into the delivery of your gifts outside of Singapore with Hazel Florist. Our established network of offices will design your arrangements according to the country’s customs with seasonable flowers available. How to buy (subject to change – based on website order procedure)
1. You may wish to sign up as a member.
• For hazel.com.sg members, you may log on using your Login ID and password.
Your Login ID must be your valid email address.
2. To order an item, ensure that you select the product first. Click on the product picture or “Product Details“. Select the ‘Qty‘ you wanted (default is 1) before clicking “Add to Cart“.
3. These words – “This item has been added to your personal shopping cart” – will appear at the top of the image. Repeat steps 1 & 2 for other products you want to order.
4. When you are ready to check out, click “Shopping Cart” on the top of the page or ‘Check Out on the product details page. You will see the details in your shopping cart. If you wish to proceed to payment, click “Check Out“. If not, click “Continue” to continue shopping. To delete items from your shopping cart, check the “Del” box and click on the <Recalculate> button. To change the quantity of the item in your shopping cart, input the new quantity value in the “Qty” box and click on the <Recalculate> button. Once you have confirmed the product you wanted to purchase, assign the recipient and click the <Check Out> to proceed with the Billing and Delivery Information.
5. At the Delivery and Billing Information, type in your details and click the “Continue to Check Out” button. After filling up all the information, click “Confirm Order” and then click “Continue to Secure Paypal Server“.
6. You will be directed to the payment gateway page. Enter your credit card information and click “Purchase” to submit your order. Follow the instruction provided on the site to complete your payment. Please ensure that all details are correctly entered. Your credit card payment is secured when you pay with Paypal.
7. Once your purchase is approved, you will see the Order Confirmation on your page. It will also be sent to you with the confirmation and payment receipt via the email address you provided. Print out your payment receipt if you wanted.
