All prices quoted in this site are in Singapore dollars (SGD$) and subjected to GST. The rate will be based on the announced rate imposed by the government authority.

Prices may vary during Valentine’s Day delivery between 7th Feb to 14th Feb. Roses will be replaced with gerberas or carnation during Valentine’s season 7th Feb to 14th Feb.

Confirmation of Order
Orders placed online will be confirmed and executed only with the full payment, according to the actual value of order. You will receive an online digital receipt when we confirm your order. No cancellation is allowed. Any refunds will be given at the discretion of the company’s management.

We offer free local delivery for our goods valued SGD$ 67.41 and above to almost all parts of Singapore. For orders sending to Singapore islands (eg Sentosa and Jurong Island) and restricted areas such as the Airport Passenger Terminals, Airport Cargo Complex, PSA ports and military camps, we will impose a delivery surcharge of SGD$ 20. For urgent local order using our 2 hour Express Delivery, a nominal fee of SGD$ 20 will be levied upon our acceptance of the order. The delivery and/or freight charges and surcharge, if there is, has to be paid before the delivery of the goods.

Recipient’s address must be correct and that there will be someone to receive the delivery, or your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made. Under no circumstances will the gifts be exchanged or (in the case of perishable commodities) a fresh one be delivered. We will keep you informed via email/phone/fax should such a situation arise, and we will make alternative arrangements. Surcharge of SGD$ 20 will be applicable for orders to be redirected after the first delivery. For this reason, it is important that all information you provided for delivery to take place is up-to-date and accurate.

We will endeavour to have all orders delivered to the recipients personally. If we attempt to make a delivery and the recipient is unavailable, we will leave it to the other person present or pass it to a neighbour if deemed safe to do so or leave a calling card at the door. In places, such as hospitals and hotels that do not allow delivery directly to wards/rooms because of health and safety regulations, in such cases we will deliver to the reception.

During non-peak and non-season period, our delivery schedule for local addresses (applicable to most order except cakes #) according to Singapore Time (GMT +8:00) is as follows:

Our cut off times for deliveries as shown above are guidelines only and, whilst we keep to those times closely, from time to time we may alter the timing to respond to business situations. We encourage you to get your order in early to secure a timely delivery.

Hazel always strives to do its best to deliver the item for the customer at the specific time. However, there will be the rare occasion that this cannot be accomplished due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, Hazel will not be liable for any claims arising out of such situations.

All our merchandise will serve their intended functions and are guaranteed to be fresh and/or in good order upon first attempt of delivery. Floral arrangement will stay fresh according to its life span under proper care. We include instructions and flower care on our message card with all delivery. Flowers that are not even fully bloom when they arrive are indeed very fresh and can be confused with poor flowers. The flowers will bloom beautifully when they are in room temperature and will give pleasure for many days to come if cared for properly.

Care: Always place flowers in cool place; unwrap hand bouquet, cut stems and put in a glass of sufficient clean water; spray flowers and wet sponge daily; handle all fruits with care, as injuries to the skin will hasten ripening and deterioration; store all perishable fruits in the refrigerator and do not stack too many on top of each other; operate products in appropriate manners.
Hazel will gladly replace any item or product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, provided such defects are reported to us within 2 hours from time of receipt or to make a return, simply send it back in its original condition to our operating address within 2 hours of receipt. All goods sold are not exchangeable or returnable.

The Company entire liability and customer’s exclusive remedy for damages from any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount paid to us by you and shall not include or extend any claims for or right to recover any damages including but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business information.

Seasonal and regional conditions may affect the supply and costs of flowers, foliages, fruits and gifts. Due to inconsistent market condition, a particular merchandise may be out of stock. Hazel reserves the rights to make appropriate substitutions while maintaining the value of your order. All products are subject to availability. We may update, replace or discontinue any products without prior notice.

Special Offer and Promotion
A member discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or promotional or store-wide discounted items. We may alter the terms of special offers and promotion, or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without prior notice. Items that are offered with a free gift are often made available due to the availability of the free gift. These free gift are subject to while stock last basis and so, should a situation arise when they are omitted from an order, we reserve the right to offer an alternative at our discretion or offer no replacement.

Our Rights
Hazel reserves the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may relate to price and availability. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Hazel reserves the rights to reject any order under any circumstances.

Overseas Delivery

For delivery of fresh floral arrangement outside Singapore, we have an established network offices who will design your arrangement according to the country’s custom using seasonal flowers available and an additional separate overseas charge applies to the order.

For courier service of our selected gifts to overseas address, an additional separate freight charge applies to the order.


How to buy (subject to change – base on website order procedure)

1.  You may wish to sign up as a member.

• For member, you may log on using your Login ID and password.
Your Login ID must be your valid email address.

2. To order an item, ensure that you select the product first. Click on the product picture or “Product Details“. Select the ‘Qty‘ you wanted (default is 1) before clicking “Add to Cart“.

3. These words – “This item has been added to your personal shopping cart” – will appear at the top of the image. Repeat steps 1 & 2 for other products you want to order.

4. When you are ready to check out, click “Shopping Cart” on the top of the page or ‘Check Out‘ at the product details page. You will see the details in your shopping cart. If you wish to proceed to payment, click “Check Out“. If not, click “Continue” to continue shopping. To delete items from your shopping cart, check the “Del” box and click on the <Recalculate> button. To change the quantity of the item in your shopping cart, input the new quantity value in the “Qty” box and click on the <Recalculate> button. Once you have confirmed the product you wanted to purchase, assign the recipient and click the <Check Out> to proceed with the Billing and Delivery Information.

5. At the Delivery and Billing Information, type in your details and click “Continue Check Out” button. After filling up all the information, click “Confirm Order” and then click “Continue to Secure Paypal Server“.

6. You will be directed to the payment gateway page. Enter your credit card information and click “Purchase” to submit your order. Follow the instruction provided on the site to complete your payment. Please ensure that all details are correctly entered. Your credit card payment are secured when you pay with Paypal.

7. Once your purchase is approved, you will see the Order Confirmation on your page. It will also be sent to you the confirmation and payment receipt via the email address you provided. Print out your payment receipt if you wanted.
